THE LONGER YOU DON’T DO SOMETHING, THE MORE YOU CONVINCE OTHERS THAT YOU CANNOT DO IT. Also, you can CONVINCE YOURSELF that you just cannot do it.
Many people WILL NOT give you credit for GETTING BETTER, they will think that you delay is: YOU ARE INCOMPETENT. YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. That’s one reason for having a consistent, methodical rhythm to accomplishing your purpose for which you were sent. God’s word IN YOU is tuned to that frequency.
I did something (am doingsomething) so simple: telling friends I prayed for and want to advance, “Everyone bring 8 quarters – solid quarters. Collect the same from eight others and bring the personally (or have a friend to deliver it personally). Do before two (2 P.M.)
MEANING: Solid quarters (not pennies, nickels, dimes or dollars). (1) BE EXACT.
Do before TWO. (2) BE ON TIME AT THE APPOINTED TIME.
Bringing them PERSONALLY: (3) TOUCH & AGREE. WE FORCE A CONTACT, and SEE THE POSSIBILITY FOR COMMUNICATING. (Mal 3:16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.)
(4) WE SHARE THE BLESSING COLLECTING the SAME from others/friends meant believing, sowing and propagating the word. Isa 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
I am “yielding up” to the Holy Ghost as I know how to do. He’s going to work marvels and wonders.
EVERY SINGLE DAY, make a conscientious effort to move forward. Around the world, in various cultures, there are similar stories that teach the same basic lessons for advancement and life. God is GOOD. He rains upon the wicked and the good. Matt 5:44 . . . for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. (Read the whole passage Matt 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you. 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on t he evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
